You never sent me the product and i don’t even believe it was send to production just before my purchase… in any case the least you can do as you proposed is to refund 80% and you are not complying with that ! You have no ethic, no professionnalism, you are miserable ! 3.0 so now they are like blackmailing me, asking me to take out my comment first so they can refund me !! Waaw incredible ! I don’t know in what world do you live in, but I have all the rights to tell publicly that you are not giving me back my money for something you never delivered to me. And now they are taking their Time to refund and just responding like fool. In the end I had to ask them to cancel my express delivery because they were not even able to send it on time. I don’t want a coupon, I WANT MY REFUND ! Be very carefull buying to them because the policy of customs fee is absolutly not clear at the moment of purchase if you need an express delivery.
